I Tried a Carnivore Diet for 30 Days – Here’s What Happened

In February 2024, I decided to switch to a carnivore diet, and the results were more surprising than I expected. This journey began after undergoing a hysterectomy, which prompted me to dive deeper into how diet and epigenetics affect our health. Epigenetics, the way our environment and choices influence our gene expression, became a crucial part of my wellness approach.

Before starting carnivore, I was dealing with brain fog, inflammation, low energy, and hormonal imbalances. After 30 days, I noticed major improvements—clearer thinking, less pain, and a big boost in energy. It wasn’t an overnight change, but the benefits were undeniable.
